Frequently asked questions

Honest answers for employers and healthcare professionals – without marketing figures or exaggerated promises.

How long does a placement take?

Realistically several months – often roughly 4–8 months, depending on recognition status, language level, visa appointments and the job profile. We do not guarantee fixed start dates.

What costs arise for employers?

Costs depend on the scope (number of positions, language preparation, support with recognition and visa, follow-up). You receive a transparent overview in the first call.

Do you only work with nurses from Iran?

No. We recruit internationally from countries where recruitment is permitted (e.g. Iran, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam). Iran is a particular strength: our founder has Iranian roots and we have our own team there.

Do I need German before I apply?

For the licence, the federal states usually expect around B2, sometimes with a nursing language exam. You can apply earlier; we discuss a realistic plan.

Who decides on recognition and visas?

Only the competent German authorities. We help with documents and coordination but do not replace an authority and do not guarantee positive decisions.

What is a deficit notice (Defizitbescheid)?

A notice listing substantial differences from German nursing training. They can be compensated by a knowledge test or an adaptation course; under § 40 PflBG the applicant may choose.

What does the accelerated skilled worker procedure cost?

According to Make it in Germany, a fee of EUR 411 is charged when the employer concludes the agreement with the foreigners authority (§ 81a AufenthG). It does not guarantee a visa.
