Our mission
Berlin Tehran was founded to help address the shortage of nursing staff in Germany in a sustainable way. Our origin is Iran: our founder Pedram Gheisari has Iranian roots, and our recruitment network is in Iran. Today we also support qualified healthcare professionals from other countries along the same process.
We take responsibility for the whole journey – from the first application to settling into everyday working life in Germany – with a transparent 8-step process and up to 90 days of support after arrival.
