What we stand by
No active recruitment from protected countries
Under § 38 of the German Employment Ordinance (BeschV), recruitment and placement of health and care staff from the countries in the Annex to § 38 BeschV may only be carried out by the Federal Employment Agency. The annex is based on the WHO Health Workforce Support and Safeguards List. We do not actively recruit from these countries and check the current list before every engagement.
WHO Global Code as our guide
The WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel (WHA63.16, 2010) sets out principles such as transparency, fairness, equal rights for migrant health workers and consideration for health systems in countries of origin. We align our work with it.
Honest about recognition
Only the competent state authority decides on professional recognition. Duration and outcome cannot be guaranteed; a deficit notice requiring a knowledge test or adaptation course is possible. We prepare documents carefully and say openly what is realistic. Official information: Recognition in Germany.
Transparency for healthcare professionals
Candidates receive clear information about the process, requirements, realistic timelines and their employment contract – before they decide. After arrival we provide up to 90 days of support.
Data protection
We process candidate data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), only for the purpose of placement, and share it with employers only with consent. Details: privacy policy (German).
Honest communication
We are currently being built up. We do not publish inflated placement figures, invented references or guarantees of success.
About the “Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland” seal
Berlin Tehran does not hold the German government quality seal “Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland” (Fair Recruitment of Care Workers Germany). The seal is awarded through its own audit procedure (Federal Ministry of Health information, official website). We orient ourselves on its published criteria, but expressly do not present this as certification.
What we do not promise
- No guarantee of recognition, visas or dates – these decisions are made by authorities.
- No placement of healthcare staff from countries in the Annex to § 38 BeschV.
- No invented figures, partners or seals.
